Our Crown Collections
Ready-to-wear Crowns are individually handcrafted, one-of-a-kind human-hair loc systems. Product descriptions and photographs are provided to help you select a Crown; minor differences in texture, appearance, or color perception may occur because of lighting and screen displays. Please review all product details, measurements, and photographs before purchasing. Availability is limited; an order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.
Prices, Payment & Sales Tax
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and selected shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods presented at checkout, which may include eligible installment services administered by their respective providers. Financing approval and terms are determined by those providers.
Shipping & Delivery
Ready-to-wear orders generally process within three business days after payment confirmation. We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is complimentary and express shipping is $15. Each Crown shipment includes shipping protection and signature confirmation without an extra checkout insurance charge. Please provide an accurate address and arrange for someone to sign. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details, including delivery issues and carrier limitations.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible ready-to-wear Crowns may be returned if a request is made within 10 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Voluntary returns require the Crown to remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of signs of use, with the security tag and protective seals intact and all original packaging and accessories included. Approved returns must be shipped within seven calendar days of authorization. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 12 calendar days following inspection; no restocking fee applies. Review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full conditions. Remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented goods remain available as required by law.
Custom Crowns & Private Restoration
Private Medical Restoration, Use Your Own Locs™, and other personalized or made-to-order services are subject to a separate written scope, pricing, production schedule, and cancellation or refund conditions communicated before payment or work begins. These services are cosmetic hair solutions and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
Crown Care & Repair
Eligible Crown purchases include one complimentary repair service within six months of original delivery, subject to the Crown Care & Repair Program. The customer pays shipping to and from Restored Crowns for the complimentary repair. Additional repairs are quoted before work begins.
Product Use & Care
Follow any care instructions provided with your Crown. Alteration, improper care, or use may affect condition and eligibility for voluntary returns. We do not guarantee a particular medical, cosmetic, or personal outcome.
Website Materials
Restored Crowns™ names, website content, photography, and original designs may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except as permitted by law.
